Fighter License Requirements

Steps to follow in order to obtain your Minnesota combatant license or your Minnesota corners license.

FIGHTERS:

Step 1 Follow this link and fill out your COMBATANT APPLICATION: http://www.mncombativesports.com

Step 2 Fill out the MMA Federal ID application if you do not have one and fax this to 763-717-3887 this is the MN Commissions Fax number. http://www.mncombativesports.com

Step 3 Call Request a test and schedule your blood work. You will need the following 3 tests Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and H.I.V. tests. Request a test info 1-888-732-2348 Web Address: http://requestatest.com

Step 4 Take a photo head shot with your camera phone or your digital camera for your license ID and mms it to 612-205-2874 or Email it to mercmgmt@hotmail.com

License fees are as follows:

Pro Licenses – $25 annually
Amateur Licenses – $10 annually
Corners Licenses – $25 annually
